This tassel is specially designed to be used as a wedding invitation tassel. A slipknot loop with tassel comes in a bundle of 100 pcs. They are made out of rayon twisted cord 1/16" thick with a 1.75" rayon floss tassel. They have a similar purpose to the adjustable program tassel but because the adjustment is done with a knot they have more holding power and will provide a tighter fit.
